Sending emails are fine, but it seems that attachments have slowed down and eventually hindered messages from going through, and pops an error message for users to check their network.

12:14AM EST / 2:14PM Manila: The Google Team is still investigating the problem which has indicated a similar impact on the Google Meet, Google Voice and Google Docs apps; anecdotal reports show that uploading to YouTube has displayed a similar issue.

The Google Teams will be reporting another update at 4:00AM EST / 4:00PM Manila, while the MIW Team relays all mission-critical details in as real-time as possible.
